- 2 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- Salsa of your choosing, preferably traditional style.
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese, or Cheddar
- 1-2 diced tomatoes
- Sour cream
- Preheat oven to 400.
- While oven is preheating, prepare the pizzas.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a flat pan.
- Thinly coat the tortilla with salsa, while making sure to fully cover.
- Sprinkle cheese over the salsa.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Garnish with lettuce, sour cream, or diced tomatoes.
